Old Mill Road School - 5th Grade 

● 2 marble composition notebooks
● 3 one-inch soft cover binders in the following colors: red (reading and language arts), blue (math), black (social studies and science)
● 7 pocket folders (with holes) in the following colors: red (reading), blue (math), black (social studies), green (science), purple (writing), white (home) and yellow (unlabeled)
● 3 packages of loose-leaf dividers
● 3 packages loose-leaf paper
● 1 plastic supply box – (to fit all supplies that will not be kept in desk)
● 1 pencil case
● 2 packages #2 pencils (sharpened)
● 2 packages of erasable pens (No “clicky” pens please!)
● 1 solid glue stick (large)
● 1 set thick magic markers
● 3 yellow highlighting markers
● 2 book covers
● 1 ruler with inches and centimeters
● 1 clear protractor (for home)
● 1 package of colored pencils
● 1 pair of scissors
● 2 boxes of tissues
● 1 pocket dictionary
● 1 box baby wipes
● Post-its
● Eraser
● Scotch tape
● 1 box of gallon Ziploc bags
