 ADDITIONAL SUPPLY LIST FOR MRS. MAZUR CLASS

Below are some additional supplies requested by your child’s teacher. If you have any
questions, please wait until you meet your child’s teacher at Back to School Night.
• 4 folders with bottom pockets (1red,1 blue, 1 yellow and 1 green)
• 1 pack of black flair tip pens
• 1 pack block erasers - small
• 1 box of Ziplock bags (boys: gallon size, girls – sandwich size)

1 pair of headphones – NOT Earbuds** for chrome book use

 NOTE:

- Parents are responsible for replenishing supplies as necessary.

- Students must bring a snack every day and a water bottle. Only water is permitted in the classroom.

- Due to safety issues, backpacks with wheels are not permitted.

 ** School Supply Package will be available for pickup in mid to late August on designated pickup days .. You will be notified by Email or Text when your package is available for pick up at Colony Cards **
