Old Mill Road School - 5th Grade  2024-25

All items are included in the school supply kit except those listed below in RED are "PARENT RESPONSIBILITY"

● 2 marble composition notebooks )100 sheets - COLLEGE RULED)
● 2 one-inch soft cover binders in the following colors: red (reading and language arts) AND green (science)

● 1 Blue spiral Notebook (Math)
● 7 pocket folders (with holes) in the following colors: red (reading), blue (math), black (social studies), green (science), purple (writing), white (home) and yellow (unlabeled)
● 2 packages of loose-leaf dividers
● 3 packages loose-leaf paper
● 1 plastic supply box – (to fit all supplies that will not be kept in desk)
● 1 pencil case
● 2 packages #2 pencils (sharpened)
● 1 packages of erasable pens (No “clicky” pens please!)

● 3 red pens

●  2 black dry-erase markers
● 1 solid glue stick (large)
● 1 set thick magic markers
● 3 yellow highlighting markers
● 1 ruler with inches and centimeters
● 1 package of colored pencils
● 1 pair of scissors
● 3 packages of Post-its
● Eraser
● Scotch tape
● 2 black sharpies - fine point

● 2 black sharpies - extra or ultra fine point

●1 box of Crayola Crayons

● 1 oversized T-shirt to be used as a smock (Label the shirt and put it in a labeled Ziploc Bag)  PARENT RESPONSIBILITY

All supplies should be labeled with your child's name and sent in on the first day of school.  Throughout the year, there may be a need to replenish supplies.
